Uncle Jerry's Ribs

Undoubtedly the best (and most colorful) cook in the Ergon family is Jerry Walley, Area Sales Manager for Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions and master Cajun chef. His instructions for cooking a rack of ribs are simple:

  • Remove membrane
  • Season ribs with dry rub
  • Wrap in foil
  • Cook for 2 hours at 250 degrees
  • Unfold foil and cook another 30 minutes
