Uncle Jerry's Simple Shrimp Pasta

Undoubtedly the best (and most colorful) cook in the Ergon family is Jerry Walley, Area Sales Manager for Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions and master Cajun chef. Jerry has passed his skills down to younger generations. His grandson has learned how to cook this simple but satisfying dish.

  • Cook pasta, drain and add butter
  • Cook shrimp in crab boil, drain
  • Add Alfredo sauce to shrimp
  • Stir in pasta
  • Slow cook for approximately 30 minutes
